We will take you step-by-step through the entire process - from creating your vision to final product.
We begin every project by making sure that we understand who you are and what you need. This process starts with a consultation in which we review your script. If you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for or have a script, that’s no problem, we’re here to help and can provide script writing assistance if needed.
Once we decide what you require and budget, our producers will brainstorm to create a meticulous plan and schedule to ensure that everyone is on the same page. This will ensure that we make your investment go as far as possible.
In this phase, we finalize the script, logistics, and all the details that create your video!
We schedule two meeting in this phase… the 1st meeting is the Initial Planning Meeting to firm up your script. Then we review potential locations, actors, permits that may be required, filming dates, any adjustments to the budget, etc...
The 2nd meeting we be a brief finalization of all the details along with your final approval to move forward to production.
The result of our careful planning and knowledgable crew is a fun-filled filming experience for you and your team. We pride ourselves in being easy to work with and capturing the essence of your story.
Each production team will consist of a producer as well as cinematographers. You can think of that producer as your project coordinator. They will be there to make sure everyone has a great time and that the project stays on track.
After we have completed filming, we get to work producing your completed video. This includes editing footage, choosing the right music, color grading, and making your story come to life. There are 3 phases to ensure we hit the mark:
Rough Cut - this is where the story takes life for the first time. We assemble all the footage including main dialogue, b-roll (footage over the dialogue), and music. The goal in this phase is to ensure the message and story are on point. Additionally, decisions on any graphics, text, or titles are done.
Fine Cut - after receiving initial feedback from the “Rough Cut”, we make adjustments, add any graphics, color-grade footage, add enhancements, etc… The goal in this phase is to have a completed video in some cases, can be combined with the Final Cut.
Final Cut - the final step is to ensure all everything is to spec and ready for delivery. Small corrections or adjustments take place, but the intention is to be ready for delivery
Depending how our relationship unfolds, clients that work with us on multiple occasion opt to move through this phase quickly. Think of this as a working relationship, the more we work with each other, the more we understand each other… which leads to an optimal relationship!
Then, within just 3-4 weeks, you will receive your professional video! We believe because of our hard work and communication, you’re going to love your video and look forward to working with us the next time.
We do offer placement services if needed, such as placing it on your website, uploading and optimizing for YouTube, etc… the bottomline… we want to make this whole process as easy as possible!
